缓释复方免疫增强剂对鸡ND—IB二联弱毒疫苗免疫增强效果研究

摘　　要：80只30日龄蛋鸡随机均分成试验组和对照组，分别皮下注射ND—IB二联弱毒疫苗2头份／只，同时给试验组鸡投服缓释复方免疫增强剂1米王／只，对照组不投服。分别在免疫前后10、20、30和40天，采血测定发现免疫后不同时期鸡ND、IB抗体效价和T淋巴细胞ERFC形成率试验组显著或极显著高于对照组，表明缓释复方免疫增强剂可以提高鸡体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能。Eighty 30 - day - age layers were randomly average assigned into test group and comparative group, each group distinctively hypodermic injection with ND -IB disease Bi -combinatied Attenuated vaccine 0.2 doses/only , while one pill/only slow - releasing immunopotentiator were given to test group, the comparative group weren ＇t given. Before immunized and after immunizedl0 ,20 ,30 and 40 days, to drawing blood and examined. The results showed that the antibody titer of ND - IB and the formation efficiency of ERFC had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）or high significant difference（ P 〈0.01 ）between comparative group and test group after immunized different periods. It indicated that the slow -releasing immunopotentiator may enhance humoral immunity function and cell immunity function of chickens.
