壮美多对肥育猪生长性能和肉品质的影响

摘　　要：本试验包括动物饲养试验及屠宰试验，比较了在肥育猪预混料中使用壮美多（ASTA）对提高肥育猪生产性能及改善肉品质等方面的影响。试验选用72头猪，平均分成3个处理，每个处理4个重复，每栏6头猪为一个重复。三个处理组分别为对照组、空白组（对照组＋维生素E）和试验组（空白组＋壮美多）。试验结果表明，试验组在提高肥育猪日增重、日均采食量及降低料肉比等方面较其它两组具有明显优势。使用壮美多后能增加肌肉的干物质含量，提高肌肉的系水力，降低肌肉胆固醇含量，增加了肌肉嫩度，对肌肉品质有改善的功用。成本结算结果显示，使用壮美多的处理组，投入产出比最佳。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of ASTA used ＇in premix on finishing pigs＇performance and meat quality. Seventy -two finishing pigs were randomly allotted into 3 treatments as followed ： control, control ＋ vitamin E and ASTA （ control ＋ vitamin E ＋ ASTA）. There were 4 replicates per treatment, with 6 pigs per replicate. The resuhs indicated that the pigs of ASTA treatment had obvious superiority on the average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed translating rate. ASTA used in feed increased meat dry matter content, water -holding capacity and tenderness. And it decreased the cholesterol content of meat and improve meat quality. The resuh of cost settlement showed that the input - output ratio was best in ASTA treatment.
