阜阳市血液透析单位透析质量调查情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查阜阳市11家透析单位透析质量管理的现状。方法采取填写《血液透析安全管理检查表》的方式对透析单位的透析质量管理调查结果进行分析。结果在透析质量管理方面,部分医院人员资质较低,透析室布局欠合理;个别医院还没有将乙肝、丙肝病人专区、专机隔离透析;还有部分单位血液透析机、水处理设备的维护、检修、消毒记录不完整。个别单位存在血液透析器复用标签标示不清晰,普通缺乏对透析用水的化学污染物、透析用水残余氯和硬度及透析液的内毒素检测。结论调查结束后将调查结果向各透析单位进行集中反馈,使各透析单位提高了对透析质量管理重要性的认识。但是在人力、财力、物力仍要各级领导给予必要的支持,完善血液透析的各项设施要求及技术规范,提高血液透析从业人员质控意识,保证各透析单位实施血液透析治疗的有效性和安全性。Objective To investigate the status of dialytic management of 11 dialysis organizations in Fuyang,Anhui Province.Methods To analyze the investigation results of the quality management in dialysis organizations by filling in＂Check List of Safety Management in Hemodialysis＂.Rusults In dialysis quality control,a part of hospital staff are lower in qualification,and the layout of dialysis unit is less reasonable;a small number of hospitals haven＇t used special machine to dialyze in the special area for hepatitis B and hepatitis C patients;and in some organizations the records of maintenance,repair and infection on hemodialysis machine and water treatment equipment are incomplete.A few hospitals are lack of endotoxin test to chemical contaminants,residual chlorine and hardness of dialysis water and dialysate,and the markers of reused tags in hemodialyzers are not clear.Conclusion After the investigation the results were focused to every dialysis organization,which imporved the awareness of importance on dialysis quality management.But in the aspect of human,financial and material resources it＇s still necessary to get support from leaders at all levels so as to improve the dialysis requirements and technical specifications,raise the awareness of quality control,and ensure the effectiveness and safety of hemodialysis.
