摘 要:目的:将责任制护理与整体护理融合并在产科实施以探讨其成效。方法:从2008年7月起,我院将产科惯常的病区、产房、家庭访视三套人员四段式护理模式,改为从孕妇入院待产、生产、产后、新生儿管理及产后访视由一组人员全程包干的整体护理模式。结果:与改变前1年同期比较,病人满意度明显提高,各项护理质量指标考核得分也相继提高,病人投诉减少,母婴分离率显著降低,赢得了明显的社会效益和经济效益。结论:产科应用全程责任制整体护理模式有利于增强护理人员的责任心,提高产科质量,促进护患和谐等。但护士的个体优点得不到最充分的发挥,淡化了节约意识,并且不良竞争产生了同事间矛盾。Objective: To evaluate the appliance of whole responsibility nursing combined with holistic nursing in obstetrics. Methods: From July ,2008 our obstetrical department has changed the traditional nursing pattern, three groups of nurses and four types of nursing models using in patient ward, delivery room and the follow- up home,into one group of nurses be responsible through the complete process: redelivery, delivery,post -natal recovery, home follow- up and newborn manages. Results:Compare with the same period last year, each. nursing qualitative index gets remarkable enhancement: patient's complaint rate reduces, maternal separation rate drops, which has won the obvious social efficiency and the economic efficiency. Conclusion : Application of whole responsibility nursing and holistie nursing pattern in obstetrics can strengthen nurses' sense of responsibility;promote the relationship between nurses and patients, etc. However, nurses' individual merits cannot be put into full use ; saving consciousness declined and vicious competition produce contradictory in nurses.
