摘　　要：目的：考察控哮涂剂中盐酸麻黄碱提取及涂剂制备工艺。方法：采用正交试验法对控哮涂剂中盐酸麻黄碱的提取及涂剂制备工艺进行了优选。结果：盐酸麻黄碱最佳的提起工艺为A，B：C，D3即8倍量90％的乙醇，回流提取3次。提取时间1．5h。涂剂制备工艺为：pH6卡波姆0．3g PVA7S。结论：该试验设计合理，提取及制备工艺可行。Objective： Asthma control study of ephedrine hydrochtoride film coating preparation of extraction. Methods ： Orthogonal test method used to control asthma ephedrine hydrochloride film in the extraction and preparation of the coating were optimized. Results ： Eedrine hydrochloride bring the best technology for the A3 B3 C2 D3 that is 8 times the amount of 90% ethanol, extracted 3 times to return. Extraction time 1.5h. Preparation for the film：pH6 earbomer 0. 3g PVATg. Conclusion：Rational design of the trial, extrial, extraction and preparation process feasible.
