摘  要:目的探讨不同浓度钙离子(Ca2+)对蟾蜍实验性心肌损伤心电图的效应。方法采用蟾蜍实验性心肌损伤法并注入不同浓度Ca2+,观察心肌损伤后Ca2+对心电图的影响。结果注入1%CaCl2后,QT间期延长(P<0.01)、心率减慢(P<0.01);注入2%CaCl2后心率减慢(P<0.01)、QT间期与1%CaCl2组比较缩短(P<0.01)、PR间期缩短(P<0.05);注入3%CaCl2后,QT间期明显缩短(P<0.05)、心率减慢(P<0.05)、PR间期分别与1%CaCl2和2%CaCl2相比均延长(P<0.05)。其余波段变化不大。结论心肌损伤后不同浓度Ca2+分别对心电图有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of calcium on electrocardiogram(ECG) in damage myocardial toad.Methods Adopt the experimental damage myocardial toad and injection of different concentrations of calcium,then observe the effect of different concentrations of calcium on the ECG behind damage myocardial.Results After injecting 1% CaCl2,QT interval prolongation(P0.01) and heart rate has slowed down(P0.01);After injecting 2% CaCl2,heart rate has slowed down(P0.01),QT interval compared with the 1% CaCl2 shortening(P0.01)and PR interval has been shortened(P0.05);After injecting 3% CaCl2,QT interval shortening(P0.05),heart rate has slowed down(P0.05) and PR interval was extended compared with 1% CaCl2 and 2% CaCl2(P0.05).others wave and segments not significantly change of ECG.Conclusion The effect of different concentrations of calcium on ECG in myocardial were damage.
