预约检查制度在CT冠状动脉造影中的应用

摘　　要：目的对冠脉造影患者实施预约检查制度,通过护理人员的提前干预使患者了解整个扫描过程,消除紧张恐惧心里,提高检查的成功率。方法把患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用提前预约的方法,于前一天下午对患者集中实施护理干预,对照组于登记当日同其他患者一样接受检查。结果预约组检查成功率明显高于对照组。结论对CT冠状动脉造影的患者实施预约检查制度,提前干预,使患者了解检查的整个过程,消除紧张恐惧心理,以良好的状态接受检查,提高了检查成功率。Objective To improve the examination successfully and eliminate the patients＇ nervous psychology.The nurse interve the precontract examination in CT coronary angiography.Methods We divided the patients into experiment group and control group.The nursing intervention were adopted to the patients in experiment group the afternoon before yesterday.Results There＇s significance difference between two groups of examination successful rate,which was superior in experiment group.Conclusion It can improve the examination uccessful rate and eliminate the patients＇ nervous psychology for patients with examination by CT coronary angiography to precontract intervention.
