摘　　要：目的探讨对糖尿病联络护士的培训效果。方法对糖尿病联络护士培训前后糖尿病相关知识掌握进行比较;对联络护士培训及干预前后对非糖尿病专科在胰岛素注射管理中正确率进行比较。结果对联络护士培训后,28名联络护士对糖尿病相关知识及操作技能的掌握程度显著提高(P<0.01)。非糖尿病专科对胰岛素注射管理及低血糖处理的正确率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论通过对糖尿病联络护士的培训,提高了非糖尿病科护士糖尿病相关知识的掌握,纠正了非糖尿病科护士对糖尿病患者不正确的护理行为,提高了治疗及护理效果。Obejective To explore the effect of training for diabetes liaison nurses. Methods After training for mastering related knowl- edge about diabetes, the accurate rates of management of insulin injection in liaison nurses of non - diabetes departments were compared before and after intervention. Results The knowledge level and operational skill for management of diabetes in 28 liaison nurses were improved after training （ P 〈 0.01 ）The accurate rates for administration of insulin injection and treatment for hypoglycemia were improved in 24 non - diabetic departments after the establishment of group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Through training of diabetes liaison nurses, nurses in non - diabetic departments can master more knowledge about diabetes and correct the inappropriate nursing care for diabetes patients, and the effectiveness of treatment and nursing care was also improved.
