多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察多功能盆腔炎治疗仪对慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法：将150例慢性盆腔炎病人随机分为三组：第一组（多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗50例），第二组（多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗配合全身用药50例）和第三组（全身用药50例），根据三组治疗结果进行临床疗效对比观察。结果：前两组相比P〉0．05，无显著差别；而第一组和第三组相比P〈0．01，第二组和第三组相比P〈0．01，均有极显著差别。结论：多功能盆腔炎治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎比药物治疗效果好。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Multifunctional pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 150 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into a group of 50 cases using Multifunctional pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus, a group of 50 cases using Multifunctional pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus conbine with Systemic medication and a group of 50 cases using Systemic medication. According to the clinical curative effect of the three groups to carry out contrast observation. Results： the first group compare with the second group, P〉0. 05, there is no obvious difference; the first group compare with the third group, P〈0. 01, there is obvious difference： the second group compare with the third group, P〈0.01, there is obvious difference Conclution： Multifunctional pelvic inflammatory disease therapeutic apparatus have a beer therapeutic effect than medicine.
