摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑分散片的制备工艺，处方组成与体外溶出特性。方法采用正交设计法考察处方中辅料的影响，以崩解时间为指标，进行处方筛选，并考察体外溶出特性。结果优化处方制备的甲硝唑分散片崩解时限、体外溶出指标合格。结论制备工艺简单，具有使用价值。Objective invetigate preparation which about tablets of metronidazole, formulation of prescription and in vitro dissolution characteristics. Methods utilize the method of orthogonal design toinvestigate accessories impact in preparation, according to the time of disintegration choose prescription and characteristics of in vitro dissolution study. Results tablets of metronidazole to be optimized indicators of compliance about disintegration and in vitro dissolution. Conclusion simple preparation and it has a value in fact.
