摘　　要：分析了我国的天然气消费利用现状:天然气消费量增长迅速,在全国一次能源中的消费比例仍较低(2%～3%);开始大规模利用境外管道气;国家天然气基干管网框架基本形成,天然气供应格局呈现"西气东输、海气上岸、北气南下"及"就近外供"的局面;天然气市场已基本覆盖全国,西南地区是天然气主要消费市场;消费结构逐渐由以化工为主的单一结构向城市燃气、工业燃料为主的多元结构转变;天然气定价机制不完善,天然气价格相对较低。对我国天然气消费利用发展进行了展望:天然气消费量仍将快速增长,2020年全国天然气需求量将超过2500×108m3;天然气消费中心将继续"南下东移",长三角、东南沿海和环渤海地区是未来的天然气主要消费市场;天然气消费结构不断优化,城市燃气和工业燃料将成为主要利用方向;天然气定价机制逐步理顺,市场对气价的承受能力不断提高。This article describes the current status of natural gas consumption in China.China＇s natural gas use is growing rapidly although the share of the gas in the country＇s primary energy mix is still relatively low,at 2%-3%.The country has begun to import natural gas by pipeline on a large scale and a national trunk gas pipeline network ,consisting of east-west,north-south ,offshore and local pipelines ,has begun to take preliminary shape.The natural gas market has basically covered the entire country with southwest China being the major natural gas consuming market.The country＇s natural gas consumer structure is shifting from a chemical-predominant structure to a multi-consumer structure,mainly consisting of urban and industrial gas consumers.China＇s gas pricing mechanism still needs improving with gas prices being relatively too low.The article also envisions China＇s future natural gas consumption,predicting that the country＇s natural gas consumption will continue to grow rapidly,to exceed 2500×10^8m^3 by 2020 and that the country＇s natural gas consumer center will continue to move toward the south and the east,namely the Yangtze River Delta,southeastern coastal China and the Bohai Sea Rim region.According to the article,China＇s natural gas consumer structure will improve continuously with most of the gas to be used as urban and industrial fuel and with the gradual perfection of the natural gas pricing mechanism,the domestic market will have an increasingly strong ability to afford gas prices.
