摘　　要：莱芜钢铁集团银山型钢有限公司炼钢厂利用转炉副枪的功能,对现有氧枪编码器、散装料下料系统、钢包底吹、转炉底吹进行改造,通过开发铁水与废钢数据自动采集和相应自动控制程序,实现了只要点击开始炼钢按钮,即可实现转炉枪位、氧气流量、散装料加料完全由副枪二级控制直至摇炉放钢的"一键式"智能炼钢。Based on the modification of the existing oxygen lance encoder, the discharging system of the bulk material, the ladle bottom blowing and the converter bottom blowing as well as the development of automatic data acquisition program and the corresponding automatic control program for hot metal and scrap, the steel making plant of YinShan Section Steel Company of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group has used the function of the converter sub-lance to achieve a technological breakthrough of one-key intelligent steel making that enables the Sub lance L2 by only clicking the heat-start button to completely take control of the converter lance position, oxygen flow and bulk material charging until tilting the converter for tapping.
