摘　　要：通过外防腐层检验和管材分析对胜利油田垦东外输油管线服役不到3a(年)就频繁发生穿孔的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该管段裸管服役,管道设计壁厚偏薄,管道材料更换有误,加上垢下(闭塞电池)作用,导致管道穿孔漏油。The frequent perforation reason of the transfer line in Kendong block of Shengli oil field in less than three years was analyzed by means of the inspection of outer protecting coating and pipe material.The results showed that the pipes were bare in use,and the design wall thickness was thin,and the changed pipe material was inaccurate,and the under-deposit corrosion resulted in the frequent perforation.
