摘 要:子宫腺肌病是指子宫内膜在子宫肌层内的良性侵入和扩散,是妇科常见病。多发生于四十岁以上的经产妇,以进行性痛经、月经过多、贫血为主要临床表现,目前发病机制不清,缺乏有效的治疗手段。动物模型的应用对该病的研究具有重要作用。许多种类的动物可自发子宫腺肌病,小鼠的自发率相对较高,通过药物诱导或手术诱导的方法均可使其发病率明显增高,具体机制尚不清,就有关子宫腺肌病动物模型的类型及其应用进行的相关研究做文献综述。Adenomyosis is the benign invasion of endometrial glands and stroma located haphazardly and deep within the myometrium.It is a common disease occured in women who are more than 40 years old.The symptoms ascribed to human adenomyosis which shows pain and abnormal bleeding.At present,the pathogenesis of adenomyosis is not completely clear and lack of effective treatment method.It is important to use animal models to the research of the disease.Adenomyosis occurs spontaneously with a variable incidence in a number of animal species.Its incidence in mice can be markedly enhanced by medicine and surgery.The mechanisms of the adenomyosis is unclear.The types of animal models and their application are reviewed.
