大血藤的最佳提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的：建立大血藤的最佳提取方法。方法：利用HPLC法，比较超声提取、回流提取、不同溶媒、不同提取时间对绿原酸提取率的影响。结果：50％甲醇，回流提取1．5h为最佳条件。结论：该方法稳定、重现性好，可作为大血藤的最佳提取工艺。Objective：To study the optimum extraction in Sargentodoxa cuneata.Methods：The effections of Chlorogenic Acid＇s extraction rate are compared with ultrasonic extraction,refluxing extraction,different rnenstru-um and different time by HPLC.Result ：he optimum extraction are added 50% methanol,extracted 1.5 h by refluxing extraction.Conclusion：The method was stabile ,good reproducibility, and can be used of the optimum extraction of Sargentodoxa cuneata.
