冬虫夏草制剂对维持性腹膜透析患者营养状态的辅助治疗观察

摘　　要：目的：观察口服冬虫夏草制剂对维持性腹膜透析患者营养状态的临床疗效。方法：将慢性肾衰接受维持性腹膜透析6个月以上患者随机分为两组，对照组予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用冬虫夏草制剂口服；疗程均为3月。结果：治疗组治疗后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白和红细胞比容增高更加明显，总胆固醇和三酰甘油降低更加明显。结论：冬虫夏草制剂对维持性腹膜透析患者营养状态有良好的辅助治疗效果。Objective To observe the oral administration of Cordyceps preparations for the maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients with the clinical efficacy of nutritional status. Methods Chronic renal failure receiving maintenance peritoneal dialysis for more than 6 months were randomly divided into two groups, the control group to the conventional therapy, the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy was added cordyceps oral; treatment both in March. Results After treatment, serum albumin, hemoglobin and hematocrit increased more evident, total cholesterol and triglycerides lowering even more noticeable. Conclusion cordyceps to the maintenance of nutritional status of peritoneal dialysis patients have a good effect of adjuvant therapy.
