摘　　要：目的观察我国北方健康成人肾小球滤过率(GFR)正常值,以及不同性别随着年龄增长GFR值的变化。方法通过询问病史,测量血压,测定空腹血糖、血脂、血肌酐、尿常规、尿蛋白4项、24小时尿蛋白定量,尿沉渣镜检,肾脏超声及肾穿刺病理结果,严格制定入选标准及排除标准,并采用放射性核素显像测定GFR。结果我国北方健康成人的平均GFR值为(87.68±16.74)ml.min-1.(1.73 m2)-1,相同年龄组中不同性别GFR值差异无统计学意义,男性各年龄组间GFR值差异无统计学意义,女性在>50岁GFR值较≤50岁各年龄组明显下降,(83.36±10.15)ml.min-1.(1.73 m2)-1vs(95.32±13.91)ml.min-1.(1.73 m2)-1,(91.24±16.46)ml.min-1.(1.73 m2)-1,(98.92±11.35)ml.min-1.(1.73 m2)-1。结论我国北方健康成人GFR值可能低于西方人群,女性GFR在>50岁表现出较明显的下降趋势。Objective To discuss the range of glomerular filtration rate（GFR） in healthy Northen Chinese,and its change with increasing age. Methods The past history,blood pressure,ultrasonic,some blood and urine test,such as blood glucose,lipid, creatine, urine routine, urine microprotein, 24-hour urine protein, urine sediment had been taken for inclusion. Renal pathology was used as exclusion criteria. GFR was measured by gamma camera gates. Results The averageGFR value in healthy Northen Chinese was （87.68 ± 16.74）ml·min^-1·（1.73m^2）^-1. There was no significant difference in GFR between gender in the same age group. We could not find out the direction of GFR with age increasing in male. In female,GFR of age group（〉50 years） was significantly lower than other age group, （83.36± 10.15） ml·min^-1·（1.73m^2）^-1 vs （ 95.32± 13.91 ） ml·min^-1·（1.73m^2）^-1, （ 91.24 ± 16.46 ） ml·min^-1·（1.73m^2）^-1,（98.92±11.35） ml·min^-1·（1.73m^2）^-1. Conclusion There may be some difference on GFR value between the healthy Northen Chinese and the Westerners. In female, the decline of GFR value is observed in age group（〉50 years）.
