摘 要:以某省级电网为对象,研究了局部电网停电事故下的供电恢复策略的自动生成技术,提出了两阶段恢复算法。在第1阶段,其目的是计算最终的恢复网架和可恢复负荷量。首先,将恢复路径拓扑分析分为站内拓扑和站间恢复路径搜索两步。然后,给出了恢复操作中可能形成的环路的搜索算法,并提出了启发式搜索的开环网优化算法。同时,开发了基于灵敏度的消除过载和电压越限的实用优化算法。在第2阶段,依据潮流校验结果确定停电区域最终最佳的供电方式,并根据停电区域的重要性排序生成供电恢复的操作序列。该辅助决策模块已在省级应急指挥技术支持系统中得到应用。Power grid restoration decision-making is one of the key functions in the power grid emergency management system. A two-stage restoration method is proposed for power grid partial outage. In the first stage,the main target is to calculate the final operation conditions after restoration. First,a topology analysis based method is presented to search for all possible restoration paths. Then,the solution to optimize open-loop schemes is also proposed,and a fast sensitivity based method is developed to eliminate overload lines and ensure voltage conditions by load shedding and capacitor operations. The second stage is to generate operating sequences to restore the system according to the target operations achieved in the first stage and the priority of outage loads and stations. By using the method proposed,a restoration tool is developed and has been applied in a provincial power grid emergency management system.
