摘　　要：本文从技术-经济两个层面综合考察探讨了海南教育科研数字图书馆的建设模式及其技术路线问题,并就其体制创新与技术创新所涉及的若干问题提出了意见。This paper demonstrates the construction model and route of Hainan Education and Research Digital Library on both the technology and economic level.It also introduces the problems existing in the construction of the digital library,and puts forward some development strategies that university digital library should adopt in its system and technology innovation.
