摘 要:针对某钢厂3号转炉托圈水平联接座与下盖板焊接处产生的裂纹问题,建立整体装配模型,运用三维非线性有限元法,对托圈在焊接人孔和活动人孔两种情形下,不同倾动角度时,进行了机械应力分析,分析结果表明:两种情形下托圈整体机械应力分布大致相同,且应力水平相当;水平联接座与下盖板焊接处机械应力水平过高,这与国外某钢厂此处过早产生断裂损坏完全一致。Aimed at the crack problem of place that the converter loop level base frame weld together with down cover plate in a factory,a whole assembly model is made.Under the loop with the welding manhole condition and with activist manhole condition,mechanical stress of loop is analyzed by 3-D non-linear finite element at different(pitch angle) location. It is found that the distribution of mechanical stress and the stress level are much the same in the two conditions; the mechanical stress at the place that the converter loop level of connection blocks weld together with down cover plate is higher,it is coincidence with the pre-mature destruction of foreign steel factory.
