摘 要:对于大H型钢(腹板高度≥600mm)的压力矫直,易于产生腹板失稳问题,准确地预测失稳区域,并设计出相应防止失稳的机构,对于大H型钢的矫直具有非常重要的意义。在对大型H型钢压力矫直过程中的塑性变形深度问题、失稳机理进行深入研究之后,设计出国内第一台10MN大型H型钢压力矫直机,该机能够有效的控制H型钢的失稳,并能对型钢的特殊部位进行矫直,配合先进的主缸位移控制手段,可精确的对大H型钢进行矫直,可作为新上机组的范例。For large H-beam(web height≥600mm) pressure straightening,the web instability problems appeared easily.It has very important significance for large H-beam straightening straight to accurately forecast unstable region and design a mechanism to prevent the instability. After the problem of plastic deformation depth and the instability mechanism were made a through study,the first large-scale H-beam 10MN straightening machine was designed in china.This unit can control the H-beam instability effectively,and can straighten special parts of the beam. It can straighten the large H-beam accurately as well as advanced means of master cylinder displacement control. It will be used as a paradigm on the new unit.
