摘　　要：分析了球体转动接头在步进式加热炉冷却系统中的应用现状,对影响球体转动接头性能的关键技术进行了介绍。针对球体转动接头密封性能差和使用寿命短等缺陷,提出采用双密封圈结构和多弹簧形式的改进措施,结果表明,改进后的转动接头性价比优于国外引进的转动接头。In this paper,the application status of spherical rotate joint for evaporation cooling system in walking-beam heating furnace was discussed,and the key performance techniques of the spherical rotate joint was introduced. For avoiding the main drawbacks such as short life,poor sealing performance et al for the spherical rotate joint,the improved structure of double seals and multi-spring was proposed. The results show that the improved performance and economics of the spherical rotate joint is more outstanding than introduce from abroad.
