金融危机影响下的山东省电力需求分析

摘　　要：分析了金融危机对山东省宏观经济走势的影响;研究了金融危机爆发以来用电量和用电结构的变化、电网负荷及负荷特性的变化;研究了电力消费弹性系数与经济周期的关系以及用电单耗的走势;最后分析了山东省受金融危机影响较小,电力需求恢复较快增长的原因。为把握山东省明年至"十二五"期间的电力需求走势提供理论和数据参考。This paper analyzes the macroeconomic trends in Shandong on the impact of financial crisis.It studies the changes of the electricity consumption and it’s structure,and the changes of the load characteristics since the outbreak of the financial crisis.It studies the relationship between electricity consumption elasticity coefficient and the economic cycle,and calculates unit electricity consumption.Finally,it analyzes the reason of power demand in Shandong Province having a faster growth under the lnfluence of the financial crisis.The paper will provide theoretical and data reference for forecasting power demand in Shandong Province.
