摘　　要：文章详细叙述了包钢炼钢厂新建2座120 t转炉电除尘系统泄爆产生的原因、造成的危害、预防措施以及最终达到的使用效果。通过调整设备运行参数以及规范操作方法,炼钢厂2座新转炉的电除尘系统泄爆次数由原来的30次/m降为5次/m,经济效益不小于100万元/a。In the paper,it is elaborated the causes,and harm for explosive venting of two new - built 120 t electric dedusting systems on converter in Steel - melting Plant, as well as the preventive measures and effects. By adjusting the working paramters of equipment, and normalizing operating methods, the explosive venting decreases from 30 times per month to 5 times per month, and the economic benefit is no less than one million yuan each year.
