摘　　要：文章指出了起重机传统调速工作方式存在一定安全隐患,并对设备有不良影响,定子调压调速的使用减少了维护工作量,同时还能精准控制电机的输出速度,介绍定子调压调速系统工作原理及其应用。In this paper, it is pointed out that there are certain hidden troubles of safety with the traditional operate mode of speed regulation for crane, and harmful effects on equipment. It could reduce the work load of maintenance, and precisely control the output speed of electric motors to adopt variable voltage control of stators. Moreover, it is introduced the basic operating principles and applications for variable voltage control of stators.
