摘　　要：目的分析海宁市疟疾流行现状,探讨疟疾防制策略。方法收集海宁市2000-2007年疟疾疫情报告、监测资料,对结果进行分析。结果8年间海宁市共报告疟疾病例18例,输入性病例14例,占77.8%(14/18);以高疫区青壮年打工者为主要发病者,发病有明显季节性。结论疟疾疫情有上升趋势,防控形势严峻,应做好疫情监测工作,并以流动人口监测为重点。Objective To analyze epidemic status of malaria in Haining city and to explore the control strategies.Methods The epidemic reports and surveillance data were collected and analyzed in Haining city from 2000 to 2007.Results A total of 18 cases of malaria had been reported in Haining city from 2000 to 2007.Fourteen out of 18（77.8%）patients were imported malaria cases.The incidences of malaria had obvious seasonal variations and mainly affected young employees in the epidemic areas.Conclusion There is an upward trend of malaria epidemic in Haining city.The situation of prevention and control is grim.Epidemic surveillance should be strengthened especially for moving population.
