摘 要:利用磁粉探伤理论,建立了单个球形磁粉在漏磁场中的受力的物理和数学模型。阐述了磁化电流、磁轭探头等因素在实际使用中对磁粉探伤机性能的影响;通过对磁粉探伤机的核心部分,即磁化电源的改进,给出了便携式磁粉探伤机的关键技术,即利用变频逆变产生的方波进行复合磁化的技术。Based on the magnetic particle flaw detection theory and the establishment of physical and mathematical models of mechanics of the spherical magnetic particle in leak field,the effect of various factors including the magnetization current,magnetic yoke probe,etc.in the actual use on the performance of magnetic powder testing instrument was expounded in this paper.Then through improving the magnetization power which was the core part of the magnetization powder testing instrument,the key technology of the magnetic powder testing instrument was offered,which was to select the square-wave produced by frequency inverter as the composite magnetization technology.
