摘  要:目的:应用药效差示血清色谱法探索红花的药效物质基础。方法:采用HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,比较红花提取物及红花阴性提取物最大药效时刻、最小药效时刻的含药血清色谱图,探索红花在正常大鼠体内的药效物质基础。结果:红花提取物中出现了一个与药效强弱有关的物质峰,红花阴性提取物中既无药效也无此物质峰。结论:HSYA是红花的药效物质基础;药效差示血清色谱法是一种研究中药药效物质基础的新方法。Objective : To investigate the effective substance of Carthamus tinctorrius L by differential efficacy of serum chromatography. Method: HPLC fingerprint analytical method was used to investigate the effective substance of Carthamus tinctorrius L in rats, comparing serum containing drug chromatogram of maximum efficacy time with minimum efficacy time between safflower extract and safflower negative extract. Result: A peak has been discovered in safflower extract which was changed with efficacy, safflower negative extract had no efficacy nor the peak of HSYA. Conclusion : HSYA is the most effective substance of Carthamus tinctorrius L. Differential efficacy of serum chromatography is a new method of studying effective substance of Chinese herbal formula.
