HPLC法测定复方甲硝唑乳膏中甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方甲硝唑乳膏中甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量。方法:采用Hypersil BDS C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.1%三乙胺-甲醇(70:30,用磷酸调节pH至5.5)为流动相;检测波长为278nm。结果:甲硝唑在0.29～2.34μg(r=0.999 9)的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)为100.0%,RSD=0.1%;氯霉素在0.10～0.82μg(r=0.999 9)的范围内线形关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)为100.2%,RSD=0.1%(n=9)。结论:方法简便、结果准确,可以有效控制该试剂中甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the metronidazole and Chloramphenicol in Compound Metronidazole Cream. Method： The Hypersil BDS C18 （200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was 0.1% triethylamine solution-methanol（70： 30, adjusted pH to 4.5 with phosphoric acid） , the deteclion wavelength was 278 nm. Result： The linear ragnes of metronidazole and Choramphenicol were 0.29 - 2.34 μg, r = 0.999 9 and 0.10 - 0.82 μg, r = 0. 999 9, the average recoveries （ n = 9 ） were 100.0% （ RSD 0.7% ） and 100.2% （ RSD 1.2% ） （ n = 9 ） respectively. Conclusion： This method is accurate and reliable, it can be used for the quality control of this preparation .
