摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型的旋风预热器教研平台系统,它源于水泥回转窑实际系统并同时结合教研的需求做了诸多改进。该系统由旋风预热筒设备、单片机控制系统、调速风机及电加热等执行装置及其上位机管理系统组成的一个完整系统。文章对各个组成部分的软硬件设计实现进行了阐述,对其技术特点做了详细说明,该系统涵盖知识面广,被控对象复杂,非常适合开展综合性试验及控制策略研究,经实践教研检验该教研平台较常规试验平台有更好的效果。This paper introduces a new kind of cyclone preheater research platform system.It originates from the actual system of cement rotary kiln,and many improvements have been made to meet the requirement of research and teaching.This system consists of cyclone pre-heater tube equipment,singlechip controlled system,actuators and information management system in desktop computer.Each part of the hardware and software especially the feature and technical is described in detail.It is a very suitable platform for comprehensive experiment and study in the field of automation,as the platform involves complex object and scientific knowledge.The practice proves it has good effect than general teaching platform.
