摘　　要：针对大型复杂结构铝筒的结构特点,主要从铝板延展量的控制、收缩余量的确定、校圆指标的控制、工装的设计等方面对焊接变形控制进行了深入的分析及详细的阐述。According to the designing features of large aluminum barrel with complex structure, this paper gives an in-depth analysis and detailed explanation of welding deformation control by controlling elongation of sheet aluminum, determination of contraction allowance, controlling the index of circular degree, design of tooling and so on.
