系统性红斑狼疮的心脏损害38例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮的心脏损害特点和早期诊断策略。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年12月收治有心脏损害的系统性红斑狼疮患者38例的临床资料。结果:系统性红斑狼疮并心脏损害的临床表现无特异性,心电图异常32例,超声心动图异常29例,胸部X线异常8例,治疗后好转35例,死亡3例。结论:系统性红斑狼疮合并心脏损害的临床表现缺乏特异性,及时进行心电图、超声心动图和胸部X线检查可早期发现其亚临床心脏病变,及时治疗可改善其预后。Objective：To explore the characteristics and early diagnosis strategy of systemic lupus erythematosus complicating cardiac involvement. Method： The clinical data of 38 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicating cardiac involvement were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009. Results： There was no specificity manifestation of patients with systemic lupus crythematosus complicating cardiac involvement Among 38 cases,there were 32 abnormal in electrocardiogram, 29 abnormal in eehocardiogram, and 8 abnormal in X-ray of chest. 35 cases got better and 3 were died. Conclusions： The clinical manifestations of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicating cardiac involvement are no specificity. It may find out subclinical cardiac pathologic damage early to check electrocardiogram, echocardiogram and X-ray of chest timely. It can improve the prognosis to treat correctly in time.
