摘　　要：对16例心脏穿透伤患者进行了围手术期护理，认为术前急救准备的要点为：保持呼吸道通畅、保证有效给氧，做好心脏异物的固定保护，维持有效循环血量，配合医生完成术前准备工作。术后监护的要点为：监测生命体征变化情况，做好中心静脉压的监测，加强呼吸道护理，做好尿量的观察。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 16 patients with penetrating heart injuries. The preoperative preparation included keeping the respiratory tract unobstructed to ensure effective for oxygen,making sure of cardiac foreign body stable,maintaining effective circulating blood volume,and completing the preoperative preparation with the doctors. The postoperative care should pay attention to monitoring the vital signs,monitoring the CVP,strengthening the nursing of respiratory ,and recording the urine.
