摘 要:以生长2、3、4、5、7年紫花苜蓿为试验对象,对紫花苜蓿钾的吸收、积累及其分配规律进行了研究。结果表明,紫花苜蓿全株钾含量随生育期的推移先降后升,随生长年限的增加而降低;紫花苜蓿各器官的钾含量总体上表现为生殖器官>茎>叶,叶中钾含量随生育期的变化先降后升,茎中钾含量则持续降低;不同生长年限紫花苜蓿植株体内钾积累速率的峰值均出现在现蕾期~开花期,成熟期植株体内钾的积累量总体上随生长年限的增加而降低;随着生育期的推移,叶中钾的分配比例不断下降,生殖器官中钾的分配比例持续上升,茎中钾的分配比例呈波动变化,成熟期茎、叶、生殖器官钾的积累量比例接近6∶1∶3。Laws of potassium absorption,accumulation and distribution in two-year,three-year,four-year,five-year and seven-year alfalfa were studied.The results showed that the potassium content decreased first and then increased with the progress of growth period while it decreased with the increasing of growing years.The order of potassium content in each organ of alfalfa was as follows: reproductive organs stems leaves,potassium content in leaves decreased first and then increased while it always decreased in stems;the potassium accumulation rates in alfalfa reached the highest valve in squaring-flowering stage,the potassium accumulations decreased generally in mature stage with the increasing of growing years;with the progress of growth period,distribution rates of potassium in leaves decreased,increased in reproductive organs and fluctuated in stems,the ratio of potassium accumulations in stems,leaves and reproductive organs was 6: 1: 3 in mature stage.
