四种紫羊茅植物耐荫性的研究

摘　　要：遮荫条件下对4个紫羊茅品种的生理代谢变化进行了研究,测定了细胞叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白等指标,同时对遮荫条件下各代谢物质的动态变化进行了分析。结果表明:各品种叶绿素总含量增加,叶绿素a/b比值总体下降;处理期间季节性叶绿素含量动态变化表现为先升高后降低,但叶绿素a/b比值呈现先升高,然后降低,再升高的变化过程;可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白无论总含量还是季节性动态都呈下降趋势,随遮荫强度增加,下降的速度也增大。Changes of physiological metabolism of four Red fescue（Festuca rubra L.）cultivars were studied under shading treatment by measuring the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content,and the dynamic changing of metabolite under shading treatment was analyzed.The results showed that the average chlorophyll content in leaves increased but the ratio of chla/b decreased;seasonal changes of chlorophyll content showed that chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased,ratio of chla/b increased in early period,then decreased and then increased again;content of soluble sugar and soluble protein decreased with seasons,and they decreased quickly as the shading intensity increase.
