摘　　要：目的:建立椒葛软胶囊体外溶出度及测定方法。方法:以0.1M盐酸胃蛋白酶溶液900ml为介质,转速为200r/min;采用HPLC法测定椒葛软胶囊的体外溶出度。结果:在60分钟椒葛软胶囊的溶出度均大于标示量(70%)。结论:该法测定椒葛软胶囊的溶出度,方法稳定、可行。Objective：To establish a method for determination dissolution rate of Jiaoge soft capsule in vitro. Method：The solution containing 0.1M chlorhydric acid and 1% pepsase was used as dissolution medium and the dissolution rates were determined by HPLC. Result： The dissolution rates of Jiaoge soft capsule were significant higher than labeled amount（ 70% ）at 60min. Conclusion： This method was steady and suitable for the test of the dissolution rate of Jiaoge sol t capsules.
