重庆市耕地总量动态平衡的数量和质量分析

摘　　要：基于耕地总量动态平衡的新视角和重庆市耕地资源变化态势与构成分析,根据1997-2006年重庆市统计数据分析了该时期的耕地粮食动态变化,并从耕地、人口、粮食三个子系统对重庆市耕地总量动态平衡进行分析,针对耕地持续减少和人口不断增加的态势提出了相应对策.Starting from the new perspective of the dynamic equilibrium of total cultivated land and based on an analysis of the general trend of change in and composition of the arable land resources of the municipality,this article studies the dynamic change of cultivated land and food production of Chongqing from 1997 to 2006,using the statistical data of that period,and analyzes the dynamic equilibrium of total cultivated land according to the subsystems of arable land,population and food.In view of the continuing decline of arable land and steady growth of population,this article offers some countermeasures to tackle these problems.
