摘　　要：为了探索秸秆燃烧过程中受热面上沉积腐蚀的形成过程、机理及其影响因素,根据生物质锅炉和燃料的特点设计了一套试验装置,分析结果表明试验装置既满足了生物质成型燃料的燃烧条件,达到了生物质锅炉受热面上的温度,又具有省柴灶的精巧。In order to study the formation process,mechanism and influence factors of deposits and corrosive on the Heat-transfer surface of biomass fuel boiler during the biomass combustion, the paper designs a set of tester on base of characteristic of biomass fuel boiler. The result of design shows： the tester not only meets the combustion condition of biomass fuel and reaches the temperature of heat-transfer surface of biomass fuel boiler, but also is small and exquisite like the firewood-saving stove.
