摘 要:目的:通过建立猪低温模型(肛温31~32℃),探讨美托洛尔注射液对其心肌耗氧量(MVO2)的影响。方法:本实验共采用健康瑞典家猪8头,将正常体温37℃时定为第Ⅰ组(对照组),肛温31~32℃时为第Ⅱ组(低温组),低温下再给予美托洛尔注射液(0.05 mg/kg)为第Ⅲ组(美托洛尔组),测量动、静脉血氧含量,记录冠脉血流量,计算心肌耗氧量和心肌氧摄取率。结果:①低温组,MVO2比对照组降低(P<0.01)。②美托洛尔组,MVO2较低温组有明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:在低温状态时,小剂量美托洛尔可有效降低心肌耗氧量。Objective:According to build the hypothermia model(Rectal temperature 31~32 ℃),to study the effect of metoprolol injection on the amount of myocardial oxygen consumption(MVO2)in pigs.Methods:Eight healthy pigs were used in this experiment.The first group was the 37 ℃ normal control group,The second group was the 31~32 ℃ hypothermia group,the third group was based on the second group and was given the metoprolol injection(0.05 mg/kg) additionally (Metoprolol group).The blood oxygen content of coronary arteries and veins was calculated and the coronary flow and blood pressure was recorded.Myocardial oxygen consumption and myocardial oxygen uptake rate were calculated.Results:①Compared to the control group,the MVO2 of hypothermia group was reduced significantly(P0.01).②Compared to the hypothermia group,the MVO2 of Metoprolol group was reduced significantly(P0.01).Conclusion:In the hypothermia status,low dosage of metoprolol injection can reduce the MVO2 significantly.
