摘　　要：目的：研究健康成年毕克犬咽和食管肌层肌球蛋白重链Ⅱ（MHC-Ⅱ）和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白（α-SMA）的表达及其空间分布.方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法对6例健康成年毕克犬咽-食管肌层MHC-Ⅱ、α-SMA的表达进行观察.结果：MHC-Ⅱ在咽部和食管上端至近贲门部肌层均有表达;α-SMA在食管中段下份内肌层最内侧开始有少量表达,至近贲门部食管肌层其表达逐渐增强,由内肌层最内侧扩展至外肌层.结论：与人类不同,成年毕克犬咽和食管上端至近贲门部肌层均有MHC-Ⅱ表达,其表达强度由上而下呈渐进性减弱;成年毕克犬咽和食管肌层α-SMA主要表达在食管中段下份和食管下段,其表达强度自食管中段下份至近贲门部呈渐进性加强.Objective： To investigate the spatial distribution of myosin heavy chain- Ⅱ （MHC-Ⅱ ） and α-smooth muscle actin （α-SMA） expression in the muscular layer of the pharynx and esophagus of the healthy adult dogs. Methods： A total of 6 α- dult dogs were used in this study. The pharynx and esophagus were collected from each dog. The anti-MHC- Ⅱ and anti-α- SMA antibodies were examined with using histology and immunohistochemistry techniques. Results： MHC-Ⅱ expression was detected in the muscular layer of the pharynx and esophagus, including the abdominal segment of the esophagus. From rostral to caudal, α-SMA expression was first detected in the most inner muscular layer at the lower middle region of esophagus and then gradually expanded to the outer muscular layer and to the abdominal segment of the esophagus. Conclusion： The results indicate that unlike that in the human, the muscular layer of the whole pharynx and esophagus in the dog expresses the MHC-Ⅱ isoform, but its intensity is gradually decreased from rostrai to caudal in the esophagus. The expression of α-SMA is initiated in the inner muscular layer in the lower middle segment of the esophagus and its intensity then gradually increased towards the caudal end of the esophagus and also expanded to the outer muscular layer. The functional implication of these findings need to be further investigated.
