摘  要:基于KKS模型,采用相场和溶质场耦合的方法,对Fe-0.5mol%C合金枝晶生长及溶质分布过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,枝晶主轴比较发达,二次枝晶垂直于主轴生长;二次枝晶呈现相互平行生长的同时,也存在较为严重的相互竞争生长,且根部出现"颈缩"现象。随着二次枝晶的生长,甚至还出现了三次枝晶的生长。凝固过程中固相溶质浓度较低,而液相溶质浓度较高,固/液界面区域出现溶质富集现象,枝晶溶质浓度分布曲线的形貌与枝晶形貌互相对应。The phase-field method which was coupled with solute-field based on KKS model was used to simulate dendrite growth and solute distribution of Fe-0.5mol%C alloy.The results show that,the chief spindle of dendrite develops well.The growth of secondary dendrites is perpendicular to the chief spindle of dendrite;the growth of the secondary dendrites is paralleled to each other,however,there is serious competitive growth between secondary dendrite.The constriction appears in the dendrite root.With the secondary dendrite growing,the third dendrite develops.The solute concentration of the solid phase is lower in comparison with that of liquid phase during solidification.And it can find solute beneficiation phenomenon in the interface between solid and liquid phase.The solute concentration curve is consistent with the morphology of dendrites.
