摘 要:利用非正交网格,将铝合金挤压金属流动区域离散成不规则六面体有限体积控制单元,充分考虑网格非正交性对铝合金挤压金属流动控制方程离散过程的影响,研究了非正交网格下铝合金挤压有限体积法模拟关键技术。建立了基于非正交网格的铝合金挤压过程有限体积法数值模拟模型,并编制了相应的分析程序。对典型铝合金挤压过程进行了模拟,并与有限元分析软件Deform-3D模拟结果进行了分析比较。分析结果验证了本文铝合金挤压有限体积模拟模型的正确性。Using non-orthogonal grid,the complex metal flowing domain during aluminum alloy profile extrusion process was discreted into hexahedral FVM(Finite Volume Method) elements.The influence of the elements' non-orthogonality on the discrete process of governing equation for metal flowing during aluminum extrusion was fully considered.The key technologies of aluminum alloy extrusion simulation using FVM under non-orthogonal grids were studied.The model for numerical simulation on aluminum extrusion using non-orthogonal grid was established and the according code was programmed.A typical aluminum extrusion process was calculated by the simulation model established in the research.By comparing the results with that simulated by FEM(Finite Element Method) software Deform-3D using the same parameters,the correctness of the finite volume model for the aluminum alloy profile extrusion was proved.
