摘  要:不锈钢筛网是由不锈钢丝线编制而成,由于丝径细且界面多,一般的焊接工艺难以焊接。而微束等离子弧焊具有拘束度高、能量密度高等特点,特别适合不锈钢筛网的焊接。文中分析了筛网结构的特点,总结了筛网焊接的工艺特殊性;对不锈钢筛网焊接中的缺陷进行了研究,分析其产生原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。Stainless steel wire screen mesh which made from stainless steel wires is hard to weld because of the thin wire diameter and excessive interface.Micro-plasma arc welding is a perfect welding process to weld wire screen mesh due to the high restraint degree and energy density.The structure of wire screen mesh was analyzed and the particularity of the welding process was pointed out.In addition,several common defects during stainless steel wire screen mesh welding were studied.The causes of the defects were pointed out and the preventive measures were put forward.
