灰铸铁件有效浇注时间计算公式的研究

摘　　要：综述了目前灰铸铁件生产中常用的几种浇注时间计算公式的特点和存在的问题,分析了这几个公式在各自结构铸件中的推荐使用范围内出现的不足。采用统计学方法回归推算出一种适用范围宽、操作简便、快捷、实用性强的灰铸铁件的有效浇注时间计算公式。This paper introduces the characteristics and shortages of several pouring time calculation formula which are usually used in gray iron castings nowadays. Based on analysis of these formulas＇ shortages, the author points out the lack of scientific and strict support on these formula in their applications on some structural castings within certain range. According to this and based on statistic and regression calculation, the author put forwarded a practical, easy-used effective pouring time calculating formula, which could be widely used for gray iron castings with broad applicability in broad area.
