摘 要:采用液压爆破试验方法对国产及法国产M5锆合金包壳管室温爆破性能进行了研究。结果表明,国产及法国产M5合金包壳管的室温爆破性能无显著差异,两种材料的爆破强度与鼓泡伸长率相当。国产和法国产M5合金包壳管爆破口形貌相似,均呈鼓泡状,破口沿管轴方向。断口宏观形态均为灰色纤维状,微观形态均为韧窝状,破断机理均为微孔聚合,破断性质均为韧性断裂。Blasting properties of domestic and France-made M5 zirconium alloys nuclear fuel cladding tubes were studied by means of hydraulic bursting test at room temperature. The results show that the room temperature bursting properties of domestic and France-made M5 alloy cladding tube have no significant differences. The two kinds of materials are equivalent in bursting strength and bubble elongation. The burst fractures of domestic M5 and France-made M5 cladding tubes are the same, are bubble-shaped and the break is parallel with the axis of the tube. The macroscopic fracture patterns are gray fibrous, micro-patterns are dimple-like, the breaking mechanisms are microaggregation, and the fracture type is ductile fracture.
