摘 要:采用向铝熔体中搅拌加入硅颗粒的方法制备高硅铝合金,研究了搅拌工艺参数对制备的合金微观组织的影响。结果表明,控制搅拌温度为700~720℃时,能够得到硅颗粒尺寸细小、均匀分布、与基体结合良好的高硅铝合金。对添加硅颗粒制备的Al-Si合金,在590~680℃不同的温度下进行等温处理,在590℃下保温30 min,能够使合金显微组织中的Si相明显细化,形状得到改善;随着保温温度的进一步升高,Si相变的粗大。The high Si-containing AI-Si alloy were prepared by adding silicon particles into AI alloy through mechanical mixing. The effect of mixing process parameters on the microstructure was studied. The results show that the silicon particle size can be fine and evenly distributed and well combined with substrate when the mechanical mixing temperature controls between 700-720 ℃. In addition, the prepared AI-Si alloy were isothermal treated at different temperatures between 590- 680 ℃ and the effect of isothermal treatment on the alloy microstructure were researched. The results show that isothermal treated 30mins under 590 ℃, the Si phase in the alloy is significantly refined and the shape is improved; However with the further increase in isothermal treating temperature the Si phase becomes coarse.
