摘　　要：综述了现代车身金属材料以及压力焊在车身制造中的应用和发展,分析了压力焊在高强度镀层钢板和铝合金等现代车身金属材料中的工艺特点和质量控制方法,阐述了压力焊新技术的应用状况和前景,指出了现代汽车车身新型金属材料的压力焊研究发展趋势和重点领域。The application and development of pressure welding technology and modem metal materials of auto-body were summarized in this paper.The technological characteristics and quality control methods of pressure welding new auto-body materials such as high strength coated steel and aluminum alloy were analyzed.The actual applications and prospects of pressure welding were summarized.Meanwhile,the research development trends and important field of pressure welding technologies of modem auto-body were indicated.
