摘  要:高能束焊是制造电真空器件的关键工艺技术,工艺参数的确定直接影响电真空器件的质量可靠性。文中结合两类重要的电真空器件(行波管和速调管)的技术特点,简要介绍了高能束焊接技术(激光焊和电子束焊)在电真空器件制造过程中的应用情况,并给出了一些具体的应用实例,对激光焊和电子束焊的特点和适用性进行了比较。最后就高能束焊的技术特点和发展情况,对其今后在电真空器件制造领域的应用前景进行了展望。High energy beam welding is a key technology in manufacturing of electron tubes, and welding processing parameters directly influence the reliability of the tubes. Two important electron tubes (traveling wave tube and klystron) were taken as examples to briefly describe the application status of high energy beam welding (laser welding and electron beam welding) in manufacturing processes of electron tubes in this paper. Furthermore,laser welding and electron beam welding were compared with respect to their technical characteristics and applicability. Finally, technical characteristics and developments of high energy beam welding in electron tubes in the future were prospected.
