摘  要:研究了TC4-DT钛合金锻件的电子束焊接工艺,焊前热处理对TC4-DT电子束焊接头的显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,TC4-DT钛合金具有良好的电子束焊接工艺;焊前在两相区热处理(960℃/1.5 h/FC+600℃/4 h/FC),得到母材为细小的等轴组织,焊缝为柱状晶组织,且晶粒较小;在单相区热处理,得到具有粗大β相晶粒的片层组织,焊缝均为粗大晶粒的魏氏组织,晶粒尺寸较大,且焊前两相区热处理比焊前单相区热处理常规力学性能更好。The electron beam welding technology of TC4-DT titanium alloy was investigated in this paper. The effect of heat treatment before welding on the microstructure and mechanical properties of EBW Joint of TC4-DT titanium alloys were studied. The experimental results show that TC4-DT titanium alloy has excellent electron beam weldability. Heat treatment performed in α and β phase region before welding(960℃/ 1.5 h/FC+ 600℃/4 h/FC) can get fine equal-axial microstructure in base metal and the microstrueture of the welded seam is pillar grain with small size. When heat treatment is performed in single phase region, the microstructure of base metal is coarse lamina β grain, and the microstructure of the welded seam is coarse widmanstaten structure. The heat treatment of α and β phase region before welding has better mechanical properties than that of single phase region.
