摘  要:镁及其合金在航空航天、汽车、电子等行业具有广阔的应用前景,而镁合金的焊接已成为制约其发展的关键技术。和其它熔焊相比,采用高能束焊接镁合金具有焊缝熔深大、接头性能优良等特点。因此,高能束焊是镁合金焊接的理想方法之一。文中从焊接工艺、接头组织、力学性能,焊接缺陷等方面入手,着重介绍了激光焊、激光-电弧复合焊,电子束焊接镁合金的研究现状,指出了这些焊接方法的优缺点,并对其未来的发展做出了适当的展望。Magnesium and its alloys have wide application prospect in aerospace, automobile,electronic engineering and other industries,however their welding have become a key obstacle to their development. Compared to the other welding processes,high-energy density beam welding of magnesium alloys can get excellent joints with deep weld penetration, and it is an ideal method for magnesium alloys welding. The laser welding,laser-arc hybrid welding, electron beam welding process of magnesium alloys and their mierostructure, mechanical properties and welding defects were introduced in this paper, the advantages and disadvantages were discussed, and then their development prospects were looked forward.
